We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant, with strong stakeholder management skills, a down-to-earth approach and the ability to problem solve and proactively anticipate needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive support including calendar management, travel coordination, and document preparation.
  • Serve as the communication link between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage complex scheduling across business functions, events, and site visits.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure flawless execution.
  • Support general admin tasks including expense reporting, invoice processing, and record maintenance.
  • Collaborate with other EAs and broader teams to ensure seamless office operations.
