Job Title: Part-time Office Assistant for Electroplex
Electroplex is a fast-growing technology company that is revolutionizing the electronics industry. We are seeking a part-time Office Assistant to join our team and help us streamline our administrative tasks.
**Job Description**:
As the Office Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the company's social media presence
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Invoicing and processing payments
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Supporting the team with day-to-day tasks as needed
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: $41,660.00 - $45,293.74 per year
