**About the Role**:**

As a Client Services Executive, you’ll be instrumental in supporting organisations with the onboarding, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs. You’ll have the chance to work alongside experienced Advisers and Relationship Managers, ensuring seamless client experiences while developing your own professional skill set.

**Key Responsibilities**:**
- **Client Management**: Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems and deliver on service agreements.
- **Benefits Administration**: Manage group insurance, superannuation, and employee benefits programs, including updates, claims, underwriting, and referrals.
- **Team Contribution**: Assist in preparing corporate flyers, benefit summaries, and seminar presentations.
- **Process Improvement**: Bring innovative ideas to streamline workflows and improve outcomes for clients and organisations.
