**The role**

The Compliance & Training Assistant provides data entry and administrative support to the Compliance and Training Team, with a focus on tasks that relate to the delivery of the company’s internal training activities and the maintenance of training documentation.

**Responsibilities**
- Performing data entry within selected training systems.
- Assisting with generation and review of training system reports.
- Assisting with follow-up of training non-compliance.
- Assisting with preparation of training agendas and training material.
- Assisting with set-up of training rooms/equipment for training meetings.
- Assisting with filing of training materials and training documentation.
- Assisting with completion of training documentation trackers.
- Provide administrative support to the Director Compliance and Training, as requested.
- Other duties as directed by Line Management or delegate.

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in a life science or health related field (desirable).
- ICH-GCP training (desirable).
- Ability to prioritise work, manage multiple priorities and deliver tasks on time with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written and verbal process-related instructions.
- Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to deliver tasks on time and with a high degree of accuracy.
- Good time management skills with the ability to set priorities, analyse problems, come up with proposed solutions and coordinate several tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive and enthusiastic team player who is willing to work in, and be supportive of, a positive and dynamic team culture.
- Intermediate MS Office suite.
