We currently have an opportunity for a Training and Compliance Coordinator. Join our Health and Education team and play a key role in inducting, training, and up-skilling team members in all functions whilst ensuring competency and consistency across standards and processes. Reporting to Security Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

**What You’ll Do**

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

- Design, implement, and continuously improve training programs and instructional documentation to ensure team competency and consistency across Security Services.
- Facilitate the induction, training, and upskilling of team members to maintain high standards and alignment with security protocols and procedures.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards through ongoing evaluation and review of training effectiveness.
- Manage rostering efficiently to support 24/7 security coverage across the RAH Facility, ensuring adequate staffing and capability at all times.Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders to foster trust, promote a culture of compliance, and drive high performance within the Security Team.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Certificate II in Security
- Current SA Security Licence
- Current First Aid certificate with CPR + WWCC.
- Ability to prepare, check and edit training and instructional documentation with a high degree of accuracy.Experience in measuring compliance and the implementation of corrective actions.
