As a Student Enrolment Partner, your key responsibilities include:

- Respond to simple and complex course enquiries from lead through to enrolment
- Provide accurate program/course advice to prospective students in line with their career goals to
ensure student satisfaction
media to optimise enrolments
- Provide information and support to facilitate improved enrolment conversion, particularly within
digital channels
- Enter and maintain accurate data into the client relationship management and student
management systems
- Regularly communicate with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure a constant two way feed of course/delivery area information

**ABOUT YOU**

You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in communication including the ability to lead and facilitate presentations using online tools.

**Qualifications required for the role**:

- Undergraduate Degree qualified, or equivalent business and/or marketing experience
