Support the operations of the Doorways site and achieve student placement goals in various Doorways roles as may be required
- **PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS ROLE - Preferred applicants have already been recommended by their tertiary institution**_
- Achieve tertiary placement goals_

Possible areas of engagement include
- Reception and admin duties
- Supervised interviewing of clients 1 on 1
- Hosting group appointments
- Maintenance of client records
- Involvement in other onsite programs
- Follow up and closure of care.
- Provision of material aid emergency relief
- Work according to all TSA policies, procedures, WHS and COVID safe practices
- Personal Qualities and Attributes_
- Enrolment in a tertiary qualification and required to fulfil student placement hours as part of their studies
- Professional, reliable and self-motivated
- Fit and healthy, able to lift and carry
- Is optimistic and remains calm and focused on the task at hand when faced with difficult situations
- Is reliable and displays integrity in all dealings
- Respects the differing views and rights of others and is not judgemental
- Good match for the team and TSA values
- Team worker with a positive outlook
