As an Enrolment Officer (Phone Operations), your key responsibilities include:

- Triage all hub phone calls and walk-ins to ensure prompt and efficient handling of their enquiry working towards increase of employer and student satisfaction
- Complete pre-training review interview with student to ensure suitability for enrolment into the course
- Undertake eligibility assessment and confirm student’s eligibility status in accordance with the VET funding contract

**ABOUT YOU**

You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in communication, interpersonal skills, self-management skills, and high level attention to detail.

**Qualifications required for the role**:

- Certificate III in Business or Certificate III in Business Administration, or equivalent experience within a related field
