As a People Services Business Partner, your key responsibilities include:

- Lead and facilitate for business areas, Chisholm’s process of Workforce Planning (WFP), supporting the identification of workforce challenges, solutions to address.
- Leverage appropriate attraction and sourcing methodologies and networks to devise and enable program solutions to workforce challenges. Ensure effective project plans are established, and provide regular reporting, tracking and visibility of progress.
- Provide HR support to Business Areas including advice and expertise on managing effectively for employees while they are still in their probationary period.
- Facilitate and support with effective business processes and outcomes for monitoring, assessing and providing feedback to new employees.
- Provide HR support to Business Areas including advice and expertise on people policies & procedures, position approval, appointment & on-boarding of new staff, probation management, variations for existing staff, general employment conditions (including relevant enterprise agreement conditions), tier 1 performance management guidance and the teaching quality standards.
- Continuously and iteratively build business capability through coaching and influencing key stakeholders on people matters
- Support the delivery of relevant people management projects, ensuring workforce elements are planned, effectively managed, and delivered to agreed timelines.

You are a highly motivated individual with demonstrable current experience and capability in providing HR advice, support and services to varied clients in a complex environment.

**Qualifications required for the role**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Substantive experience in the HR field
