Due to expansion, we are pleased to announce a newly created senior position within our
**Engineering Division**. We are seeking to appoint a driven, ambitious Division Manager who is passionate about delivering strategic technical recruitment solutions to key opinion leaders within our growing portfolio of global clients. Your role will see you building and managing your team of Account Managers and Recruitment Consultants, all working together as a team to produce successful outcomes.

Roles recruited by KE Select (Engineering) include, Technical Service Manager, Technical Operations Manager, National Service Manager, Engineers (Biomedical, Mining, Mechanical, Electric, Design, Project etc) our exclusive client groups are impressive, offering incredible opportunity for our newly appointed Division Manager to manage and develop a successful, profitable area within KE Select

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing and leading a team of skilled technical recruitment consultants
- Budget and P&L responsibility
- Team management - Implementing structured performance and professional development plans
- Client attraction strategies and quality lead engagement within the Engineering employment sector
- Business Development and strategic key account management
- Creating targeted advertising and launching adverts across online platforms
- General administration and upkeep of KE Select CRM System
- Further administration including reference checking and ensuring that all due diligence has been performed/updated for all clients
- Responsible for overall management and growth of our Engineering team nationally.

**Key requirements**
- Proven team manager or Snr consultant within the recruitment industry
- Demonstrated key account management and business development experience
- Good commercial acumen and market knowledge within the Engineering recruitment sector.
- A strong strategic mindset
- Be able to travel to client sites and occasionally interstate
- A Scientific or Engineering Qualification
- Current Drivers licence
