**Control Systems Contract Manager - Services Division**

**The Company**
**The Position**
As the Services Contract Manager you will be responsible for:
- Identifying business opportunities with existing clients
- Working with clients to understand their requirements
- Developing and maintaining key relationships
- Use your knowledge and business acumen to increase costs where possible
- Ensuring customer satisfaction is of a high quality making sure that expectations are always met
- Working closely with the Service Manager and Project Managers to ensure that resource is available and work is carried out in accordance to client requirements
- Meeting all required SLA’s
**Your Experience**
To be considered for these positions, you will possess:
- A degree or diploma in Computer Sciences, Computing, Electronics, Electrical engineering or similar
- High level competence in industrial control systems
- Commercial | Contractual awareness
- The ability to influence and work with key decision makers
- Experience with Schneider, Siemens, Rockwell or similar control systems technologies
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
