Children's Health Queensland provides services from key locations in the Brisbane metropolitan area and works with the 15 other hospital and health services as well as NGOs and charity partners in Queensland to deliver an integrated network of healthcare services and support across the state.

**Your Opportunity**:
The position of Administration Lead, Division of Medicine will:

- Manage a team of Team Leaders and administration officers to ensure the delivery of a high performing, family centred administrative support service in accordance with organisational goals, guidelines and relevant legislation and to provide direct administrative leadership of all staff in support to each Divisional Management team of Children's Health Queensland.
- Manage the Administration Relief Pool for Division of Medicine, to provide cost effective and efficient backfill for a variety of planned, unplanned, and emergent leave purposes to deliver continuous administration services.
- Provide leadership, performance management, training, and advice for the administration staff in the service line, enabling the team to meet service deliverables in accordance with the operational Plan, management advice and requirements
- Support data quality and management for Division of Medicine activities.
