Executive Assistant to Chief Sport Officer

This role provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Sport Officer. Key responsibilities include diary and travel coordination, expense management, project assistance, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Sport and Athletes division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Chief Sport Officer's complex diary, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Oversee inbox and document management, ensuring timely communication and filing accuracy.
  • Provide project assistance, including research, data analysis, and report preparation.
  • Support financial processing and administrative reporting.
  • Contribute to process improvements across the division.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Provide general office support where required.
Requirements:
  • Experience supporting senior executives is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
