We require an experienced senior administration support officer to work directly with the CEO and provide day to day executive support for that role.

The right person for this role needs to be discrete, self-starting and extremely well organised.

Working in a fast-paced transactional environment, you will be required to manage and coordinate external providers who design and execute the on-line social media platforms for the company.

You will need to coordinate and prepared general company and specifically requested information concerning our systems, quality and compliance for tender and larger quoted works prepared by the company from time to time.

One additional task will be to coordinate the preparation of claims, recoveries and follow up on incidents where our assets are damaged or where there is a legitimate recovery to be made by the company on third parties.

You will also provide administrative support for diary management, travel booking, corporate entertainment, sponsorship and community engagement related to the CEO role of the business.

We require someone to manage the external relationship with our IT management service providers.

Key to this role is your deep understanding of executive administration and coordination, business rules, tendering in general and organisation of others to support the smooth operation of the office of the CEO.

Qualifications in administration, experience in social media, attention to detail and a keen ability to coordinate diverse internal and external functions to timeframes are key attributes for this role.

To be considered for this role it is desirable you can demonstrate:

- Strong organisation and coordination skills for executive support.
- Willingness to learn and be flexible to adapt to changing requirements of the CEO in their role.
- Have a deep knowledge of administration and the key processes associated with diary, travel, corporate support and client entertainment
- Have a high level of behavioural flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work with external social media and recruitment service providers and consultants
- Some knowledge of tendering or business development would be of advantage
- Hold a valid driver’s licence and have your own transport
- Willing to undertake flexible working hours if required
