**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Officer to join our expanding team. This role offers a unique chance to gain valuable experience in the transport and logistics industry while contributing to our high-performance standards.

Working alongside our administration team to provide customers with excellent customer experiences by managing a high volume of orders and enquiries at our Forrestfield depot in Perth.

Supporting the warehouse and transport operations, you will be responsible for customer service and administration of customer orders. You must have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, be cool under pressure and be able to hit the ground running.

This is a permanent position that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team environment.

**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Processing of all incoming/outgoing orders
- Manage customer enquiries and stock
- Stock control including participating in stock takes when required.
- Liaising with Dock operational staff to ensure all customer freight requirements are correct.
- Ensuring that all transport documents are correctly completed and compiled.

This is a full-time permanent position 38 hours a week.
