An opportunity has become available for a HR Administration Officer to join Sands Fridge Lines Human Resource Team to maintain and use administrative tools to record, track and manage all administrative procedures and processes relating to the day-to-day operation of the Human Resources.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Assisting with the administrative recruitment process, including advertising, arranging interviews and maintaining tracking sheets
- Arranging background checks and pre-employment medicals
- Preparing Letters of Offer and Contracts of Employment along with coordinating and preparing employee termination and exit paperwork
- Monitor, perform and conduct Workday tasks and audits as required
- Assisting with the implementation of HR processes/tools for use across the business to improve HR processes and procedures
- Assisting with HR and Payroll inquiries.
- Supporting any ad hoc projects / administrative duties where required
