Workshop Administrator

**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a Workshop Fleet Administrator who can provide ongoing support to our current workshop team on a permanent full-time basis. This role is vital for the efficient operation of the workshop in the maintenance of our fleet of vehicles and trailing equipment. Working closely with both vendors and workshop personnel critical to the day-to-day operations of the workshop.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Day-to-day administration such as data entry, record keeping, ordering parts and supplies.
- Daily completion of Purchase Orders and invoice reconciliations to PO’s
- Monitoring stock levels
- Stock & parts coordination and management
- Managing maintenance software data system input
- Quality control of workshop maintenance paperwork documents
- Answering internal and external enquiries
- Coordinating with mechanics and suppliers
- Providing weekly and monthly reports for management.
- Other duties as required.

**About You**:
**To be successful, you will have**:

- Experience within a busy workshop environment with exposure to mechanical repairs and servicing requirements.
- Previous procurement experience - raising PO's, recording and processing
- Spare parts store management - allocation to jobs and stock control
- Strong understanding and experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organisation skills.
- 'Can do' attitude with a sense of urgency.
