Workshop Administrator

Sands Fridge Lines (Sands) are seeking a Workshop Administrator who can provide ongoing support to our current workshop team on a permanent full-time basis. This role is vital for the efficient operation of the workshop in the maintenance of our fleet of vehicles and trailing equipment. Working closely with both vendors and workshop personnel critical to the day-to-day operations of the workshop.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Day-to-day administration such as data entry, record keeping, ordering parts and supplies.
- Daily completion of Purchase Orders and invoice reconciliations to PO’s
- Monitoring stock levels
- Stock / parts coordination
- General administrative duties
- Answering internal and external enquiries
- Liaising with mechanics and suppliers
- Providing weekly and monthly reports for management.
- Other duties as required.

**About You**:
**To be successful, you will have**:

- 1-2+ years' experience within a busy workshop environment with exposure to mechanical, trade, or servicing requirements.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise a dynamic workload.
- Strong understanding and experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, strong, client-service attitude.
- Strong time management and organisation skills.
- 'Can do' attitude with a sense of urgency.
