**ROLE OVERVIEW**

As our
**Talent Acquisition**
**Coordinator**, you will have the opportunity to be involved in building and establishing a brand new, high performing talent acquisition function. In this newly created role, your key purpose will be to take ownership of a portfolio of roles and manage the end-to-end recruitment delivery, drawing upon your extensive strategic sourcing skills to find talent in a niche market. You will also work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager on a number of strategic projects and employer branding initiatives and improving our process and selection methodology.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE INVOLVED IN**
- Create, develop and manage sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines to fill current and future roles
- Gain exposure to international markets as we build our TA approach to include the UK, as well as recruiting for our Auckland and Singapore offices on occasion
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager on social media strategies and projects that keep us at the forefront of the latest Talent Acquisition strategies.
