Your responsibilities will include **direct management of three business functions** (Marketing, Events & Customer Delivery) and oversight of a fourth function (Technology). Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in **leading all business transformation projects**.

**Role Objectives**:

- Lead a talented team across 3 verticals (Marketing, Events & Customer Delivery)
- Champion Values/Culture across the greater business
- Review & Improve Organisational Effectiveness
- Drive measurable KPI's and BAU deliverables across the greater business
- Implement the Strategic Plan:

- Project & Change Management
- Managing project step prioritization across teams

**Who You Are**:

- Seasoned & mature leader with a passion for driving positive change
- Exceptional communicator with sales / marketing / customer service experience
- Experienced project & change manager
- Technically savvy
- Strong analytical and business acumen
- Self assured, confident and resilient but with high levels of warmth and empathy
- University qualifications will be highly regarded
