**About the position**
We are an established and modern specialist in DES, NDIS and Employment Services, working within contracts that contribute to significant internal growth in the industry. Known for its innovation and investment in the industry sector, BUSY Ability is a not for profit organisation that is both adaptive to its market and highly energised for continued success.

This role can be based on the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast/Wide Bay or Darling Downs.

**A bit about you**
You are a highly commercial and passionate people leader with a reputation for delivering high performance, quality excellence and in driving change. Experience managing large-scale operational delivery to Disability and Employment Services or similar industry sector will be highly regarded.

Critical will be your ability to lead a senior managers team, work collaboratively with external and internal executive stakeholders and manage operational governance, inclusive of sub-contractors and continuous improvement programs.

You will have minimum three years experience in a senior management role with a broad understanding of executive leadership practice. You are adaptable, open to new challenges, and importantly, can lead in an environment of continual change.

Must have an understanding of Disability and Generalist Employment Services, government contractual obligations, key performance indicators and sustainable work practices.
