**About this role**:
Our client is a specialist supplier of premium, custom made window furnishings to the Interior Design and Architecture industry. They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-orientated individual to join their Sydney team based in Alexandria.

In this role, you will be working alongside the Sales Consultants in providing
accurate and timely quotations, also procurement of items for confirmed projects and close-out of completed projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications to determine the scope of work for each project.
- Conduct site visits with Sales Consultants to gather information for estimation and quoting purposes.
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for window furnishings.
- Present estimates and quotation results internally and in client presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities.
- Support the resolution of issues related to procurement.
- Manage the delivery of goods in a timely manner.
- Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and procedures.

**Skills and Experience**
- 2+ years of experience in the design industry in Estimating or business support roles
- Strong understanding of the design industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
