In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting a large digital implementation initiative aimed at creating a more sustainable and resilient workforce. With a focus on technology, process, data, and employee experience, this global opportunity allows you to influence the ways of working for all
- employees.- Responsibilities:- Lead the change management approach and execution across key workstreams in a large global transformation program
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams based on agile practices, navigating the complexities of a global transformation
- Develop and execute change management deliverables and plans, considering regional needs
- Support alignment efforts across workstreams, functions, regions, and broader programs for integrated change delivery
- Work collaboratively with program change managers to provide input from a change management perspective on the strategic direction of the initiative
- Manage the preparation of communication, learning, and engagement materials as required
- Engage and onboard key stakeholders to support the execution of change initiatives and adoption- Requirements:- Proven experience in change management across People, Process, and Technology changes
- Background in Insurance, Banking and Finance is preferred
- Experience in delivering change in a federated global environment
- History of partnering with Enterprise Communications, Learning, Content teams, and external vendors
- Exposure to large system implementations and system integrations, preferably Workday (SAP and Oracle are highly considered also)
- Demonstrated experience in managing work using agile principles and practices
- Strong analytical capability, including conducting change impact assessments, training needs analyses, and stakeholder analysis
- Excellent communication skills for working with a range of audiences to create a shared vision
- Extensive experience in stakeholder management and influencing at all levels of an organisation- Benefits:- Flexible, hybrid environment (can be based Sydney or Melbourne)
