**How will I help?**
Working as part of the Mortgages Change Team, your role will be critical in managing Mortgages change initiatives. You will be accountable for building change strategies and plans, identify and assess change impacts, design and execute change interventions, and measure and monitor key change metrics.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Builds change strategies and plans tailored for the change receiver to provide clarity of key change activities and milestones.
- Completes and validates change impact assessments with key stakeholders to determine the type and level of impact for people, processes and technology affected by the change.
- Leads the design and execution of change interventions as identified in the change plan to intentionally improve awareness and employee readiness.
- Evaluates change management performance through key metrics, such as end user adoption, to monitor progress and realisation of outcomes.
- Plan and facilitate workshops to achieve a desired outcome, using techniques that are fit for purpose for the audience and nature of the workshop.
- Act as an interface between delivery teams, Lines of Business & Distribution teams to ensure proposed changes are integrated seamlessly and scheduled optimally.
- Ensure change related risk (people, operations, organisational) is within desired levels and that risks are managed according to agreed risk frameworks by managing and leading the identification of risks.
- Regular status reporting as it relates to the change program/initiative including progress, risks and resourcing.

**What do I need?**
- 3+ years experience in a similar role working independently in complex environments.
- WFM experience essential to the success of this role.
- Prior experience working in a Workforce Strategy Implementation Project.
- Proficient stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts.
- Demonstrated knowledge of risk management and assurance concepts.
- Flexibility and resilience in responding to changing priorities.
