**The role**

This Senior Sales role forms an integral of the Senior Leadership team, reports to the General Manager and has a number of direct reports and overall responsibility and leadership of a large national sales team. It is also responsible for the achievement of the profitable sales result and top to top customer relationships.

This role is a true leadership and customer centric opportunity.

**What you can offer**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Experience has a current Head Of Sales in an FMCG or Consumer Goods organisation with a complex customer base and diverse distribution channels
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Commerce
- Proven experience transforming and leading a large national sales team and department
- Outstanding customer relationships
- Passion, enthusiasm and a natural leadership capability and style
- Ability to influence
- Great communication and presentation skills
