Their purpose is to improve the safety and productivity of customers' operations, while supporting, training, and mentoring their collaborative in-house team
**THE ROLE**
This role has been created due to a strategic sales team, winning volume tenders, and therefore requiring further support staff.
Supporting the current Business Development Administrator, this is a superb contract that will keep you on your toes, utilise your multitasking skills, and heavily rely on your ability to work to timelines while being able to prioritise and document changes on their in-house system.
You will assist with processing business targets to ensure deadlines are met

- You will deliver a world-class customer service experience committed to retaining customers as well as ensuring they have the necessary information to make the right decisions for their unique needs.
- The role will see you perform an in-depth review of the service relationship of existing clients assessing progress, feedback and documenting all findings in real-time.
- Liaising, interpreting, and supporting the local service branches regarding the agreement and contract-related inquiries.
- Application and use of sales configuration tools, to build and renew service agreements, raising opportunities for process improvement.
- Communicate and be the “go-to person” in regard to improving customer agreement retention, overall customer relationships, the scope of services delivered, and general profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure a successful customer experience and appropriate delivery of the service agreement.
- Provide all pertinent customer intelligence from the renewal process to the local service branch.
**THE ESSENTIALS**
- Must have experience in a similar customer-facing role
- Ideally have worked in a commercial environment
- Your passion is people.
- Working knowledge of various computer programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Show a high degree of organisational ability.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Able to build strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
