**Administration Consultant**:

**The Position**:
**Duties**:

- Work with Healthcare provider to gather all required client medical/dental information, quotes and supporting documentation and prepare the case for lodgement to the ATO.
- Detailed notes and documenting all conversations/communication within company systems.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in an administrative role, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence positive outcomes for customers.
- Account Management experience desirable
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Have worked with CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management) (desirable)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $64,999.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Smithfield, NSW 2164: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
