**YOUR NEW ROLE**This role supports all team members to ensure they can complete their roles effectively and provide a quality service to NDIS Participants. This role can be based at our **Brisbane or Melbourne** office. **As the NDIS Administrator Team Leader your responsibilities will include**:

- Monitoring the Disability Services Mailbox, setting up new case referrals, creating Service Agreements
- Update and process NDIS invoices, follow up and chase outstanding invoices
- Quality check cases to ensure all required information is in the case
- management of enquiries, Therapists and Consultant calendars and Participant bookings
- sending reports and letter on behalf of Therapists and Consultants
- You will also be responsible for Petty cash, stationary orders and ad hoc admin duties as required

**WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN US**
- A friendly personality and be adaptable, highly efficient and above all, a team player
- High attention to detail and time management skills
- NDIS knowledge and experience desirable
- Prior experience working in the Allied Health industry would be an advantage
- Medical administration experience desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
