**Five Good Friends** is reshaping the way Australia service the Elderly and Disabled. With the funding, it seeks to leverage off its established foothold in the home care sector and replicate this in the NDIS arena. This will be achieved by using the technology enabled services platform to allow NDIS participants easy, app access to the best support workers.

As Head of NDIS, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for the delivery of all NDIS programs at FGF. The challenge is to devise a strategy that can be operationalised to build a sustainable, commercially viable NDIS business unit. You must manage your teams to deliver the best practice, high-quality, person-centred experience for all customers and inspire them to greatness. You will be required to embed a culture of continuous improvement, maintain and grow industry networks to drive referrals, using your in-depth knowledge of NDIS to enhance FGFs’ reputation as an employer of choice. Providing exceptional leadership, you and your team will help FGF to become a preferred partner for NDIS participants throughout the community nationally.

A creative, innovative degree qualified individual who understands all the NDIS legislation coupled with strong experience in the disability, health or human welfare sectors is needed. An enthusiastic, compassionate and decisive leader who strives for commercial success yet has the underlying desire to assist those most in need in the community and wants to make a tangible difference in their lives will excel as the Head of NDIS as FGF’s.
