**A little bit about our role**:
We have a newly created role for a **Junior** **Pre-Sales Administrator** to join our team in Sydney. We are seeking a passionate and talented Junior Pre Sales Administrator to assist with the management and organisation of our sales process.

This role plays a central role in the pre-sales team, and you will be responsible for maintaining our Global Demo Sites and act as contact between the Sales and Product teams. This role offers career progression, training and development and opportunities to progress.

Reporting to Head of Pre-Sales you will work across various teams and provide critical support to the Product, Sales Engineers, and Sales team. You are a master organiser with a flair for tech, passionate about the customer experience and admin and tech is your thing.

**Who You are?**

You are an experienced **Junior** **Pre-Sales Administrator** who is an expert multi-tasker with experience ideally gained in a similar role. You like to be busy and have fun and want to work with a fantastic team

You are all about the detail and have a strong desire to learn and take the initiative when needed and you will also have:

- Knowledge and experience in technology ideally 2 years
- Experience working in a SaaS environment or Risk Management
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management experience
- Problem solving skills - the ability to think outside the box with a desire to learn and improve
- Be a real people person, and can influence and work with multiple stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Highly organised and solutions focused
- Travel and out of hours work may be required (flexibly hours offered)
