**How the Junior Sales Representative role will fit within**

The purpose of this role is to sell our client’s value proposition to new and existing businesses, primarily over the phone. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, understanding their needs and aligning them to our client’s service offering.

**The Junior Sales Representative will work closely with the following roles & departments**:

- Sales & New Business Team
- Customer Success Team
- Production Team
- Leadership Team

**The Junior Sales Representative is expected to have the following skills**:

- Ability to proactively run a sales cycle to generate qualified leads for senior sales team members to close.
- Ability to perform effective and efficient research to find and explore new opportunities.
- Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
- Demonstrate a commitment to win through a track record of success in the ability to overcome obstacles to succeed
- Customer First Mentality, including the ability to creatively solve for and prioritise the customers success
- Problem solving by taking the initiative to solve challenges as they arise
- Have input into the business strategy to advance our culture and business goals.
- Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.
- Time management/organisation: accomplish objectives effectively within the time frame given, and carry out administrative duties within the portfolio in an efficient and timely manner.
- Achieve or exceed KPIs set out by senior management

**The Junior Sales Representative will provide the following services**:

- Databasing and research to build out leads in our CRM.
- Application of HubSpot software knowledge and commitment to continued personal development in tools and best practice.
- Knowledge and personal development around our client’s services.
- Creating quotes and setting appointments for senior sales team members.
- Writing of Request for Proposals (RFP’s) and Tenders (RFT’s) for specific opportunities.

Salary is up to $70k base + comms.
