We're Hiring: Junior Sales Representative

Are you passionate about audio technology and driven by building meaningful business relationships? RØDE is looking for a dynamic Junior Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our brand presence across Australia.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with dealers across the country
- Deliver and exceed the sales target for your defined customers
- Drive commercial outcomes by growing account sales and developing new business opportunities
- Travel nationwide to meet with partners, run impactful meetings, and present RØDE’s cutting-edge products
- Collaborate on sales strategy for campaigns, new product launches, and activations
- Identify growth opportunities and provide valuable market insights to help shape our business direction
- Work closely with our Marketing team to align sales activities and boost dealer engagement

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in consumer electronics, audio, or tech
- Strong commercial mindset with a history of delivering measurable growth
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A results-driven approach balanced with relationship-building finesse
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable with frequent national travel
