Elliott Gray is seeking somebody that is looking to gain valuable life experience and work with a dynamic team in a friendly and fast-paced environment. We are looking for not just one, but two outstanding individuals to join our client’s team to deliver a high standard of customer service that will shape the image of the business.

Working in the transport and logistics sector, as a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service on the ground to all the individuals coming and going from their establishment. You will ensure that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy which will equate to a great customer experience. You will have the opportunity to use your initiative and drive to have the most enjoyable interaction with the public. You will represent the business, and it will be your responsibility to maintain its positive image by being professionally presented and having excellent communication skills.

You will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including traffic management, patrolling parking areas, and providing assistance to visually or mobility-impaired persons. You will also be required to liaise with contractors and tenants, and confirm arrivals and departures to be able to arrange transport for a variety of passengers.
