Customer Service Officer

**Your new role**

Duties and responsibilities:

- Manage the customer experience from quoting through to delivery with a high attention to detail and level of

professionalism that will generate repeat and ongoing business.
- Coordinate transport requirements with relevant stakeholders to ensure efficiencies are met and delivery occurs on time

and in full every time.
- Manage the internal sales database with accurate information entered and maintained in a timely manner.
- Manage the accounts process to allow for first class reporting
- Align with Sales, Scheduling and Production Planning to help manage demand whilst maintaining customer relationships

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Computer literacy and software skills to complete required tasks:

- Demonstrated communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated planning and organisational skills.
- Strong reasoning and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to cope with ever-changing customer requirements.
