Customer Service Officer - Initial 6 month contract with long term extension of a view to permanency

**Your new company**
This mid-sized Federal Government Agency dictates Statutory Regulations and is a Governing Body for its corresponding industry which oversees the regulations and governance into commercial and recreational related actives

**Your new role**
This is an exciting role where you will work in a high performing team that prides themselves in their ability to meet KPI's whilst performing a high level of Customer Service, duties of these roles will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following;
- Dispute resolution and escalation of issues and complaints
- Internal and external stakeholder engagement

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you must have prior experience in a contact centre/customer service role and applicants are also required to have prior experience in administration.

You must also be willing to undertake psychometric testing to evaluate and assess eligibility for the position.
