**Brisbane** or
**Melbourne**, the
**Customer Support Liaison** is responsible for expanding and retaining Shell Energy’s C&I customer base.
**Lead the change, from the frontline**
With honesty, integrity and respect, you will:
- Managing large customer accounts and respond to customer enquiries;
- Conduct customer meetings (Face to face and conference calls)
- Respond to sales enquiries;
- Conduct regulatory, sales and customer reporting;
- Respond to invoice and data requests and other administrative enquiries from customers and brokers;
- Assist with web portal set up and training;
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system development to deliver greater success and business efficiencies;
- Provide administrative support to the C&I Sales customer service teams; and
- Comply with all relevant company procedures.
**What you’ll bring**
Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role:
- Understanding of the energy sector, preferably within a retail environment;
- Experience in successfully selling to or servicing business customers;
- Proven track record in supporting a sales team in meeting targets / KPIs;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders;
- Ability to manage expectations and deliver to committed timeframes in a fast paced environment ;
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to resolve conflict and negotiate good business and customer outcomes;
- Demonstrated desire and interest in helping customers and maintaining strong relationships;
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems and processes;
- Competent excel skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining tolerance, appropriate humour and patience;
- Ability to meet personal objectives as well as aligning to team goals; and
- Capable of working as part of a team and autonomously.
