Job Title: Community Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Liaison Officer to join our team on a part-time contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our over 50's lifestyle community located in Eagleby.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating and managing the daily activities of the community
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for residents' feedback, suggestions, complaints, and issues
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and information systems
  • Engaging with contractors and service providers to ensure the community facilities are well-maintained

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Strong administration and customer service skills
  • A friendly and approachable nature
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A valid class C driver's license
