Job Title: Customer Support Liaison

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product and service inquiries via phone and email
  • Engage with clients and key stakeholders to provide comprehensive support
  • Respond to new and current client telephone calls and online inquiries
  • Accurately complete all necessary documentation and administrative tasks
  • Recommend the most suitable products, explaining their functionality to existing and new clients
  • Address alarm enquiries for new customers
  • Troubleshoot non-urgent medical alarm issues
