**PERSOLKELLY** is seeking a**_ Client Liaison Officer_**_ _to join our client site on Brisbane's South-Western Suburbs, who is responsible for utilities distribution across various Southeast Queensland Councils.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As the Client Liaison Officer, you will be responsible managing and coordinating commercial contracts and service level agreements to ensure favourable agreement terms, performance of obligations and quality outcomes for organisation and its customers.

**POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Contract management Deliver required outcomes by managing day-to-day relationships with contract service providers while working within an established contract management plan.
- Customer Needs/Experience Research Complete research and analyse data to develop and/or support a sound understanding of laboratory customer segments, trends, needs, and expectations to feed in to the Customer Experience team.
- Customer Relationship Management Collect feedback from identified customers or customer segments to ensure their needs are met, providing themes, summary analyses, and recommendations for changes based on customer input.
- Document preparation Edit document in line with organizational style guidelines and prepare information for publication.
- Improvement/Innovation Identify shortcomings and suggest improvements to existing processes, systems and procedures, then delivers a plan for a small element of a change management program with guidance from a project/program manager.
- Insights and reporting Prepare and coordinate the completion of various data and analytics reports.
- Quality Help management to implement quality assurance change initiatives and/or make continuous operational improvements, including compliance
- Resolving Customer Issues Aggregate customer issues and collate the most commonly raised issues in order to create/develop response strategy.
