Job Summary

The Client Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the advice function, ensuring that all written recommendations are efficiently and accurately implemented.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide Private Client Advisers with assistance in implementing financial advice by completing documentation and sourcing required identification.
  • Contact product providers to confirm client information or administer adviser recommendations.
  • Maintain client files, manage workflow, and store client information.
  • Meet high compliance standards satisfying Australian legislative requirements.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, greeting members and visitors.
  • Perform general office management duties, including coordination of local team events and reception services.

The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with ambiguity, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of administration or customer service experience.
  • High levels of personal organisation and time management.
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the framework under which financial advisers operate is preferred.
