Reporting into the IT Operations Manager, the IT Operations Administrative Officer will be responsible for addressing the administrative and operational elements essential to the efficient running of Information Technology at Lorna Jane.
You Will...
- Serve as the project coordinator and point of contact for the IT department; fielding requests, organising schedules, maintaining filing systems, and developing administrative process improvements.
- Manager hardware ordering process, coordinate inventory of IT assets and manage procurement of inventory including documenting all equipment assigned to staff members.
- Coordinate contracts with vendors and suppliers, including managing invoicing and payment processes.
- Assist in managing vendor invoices and work closely the Finance department to ensure they are paid accurately and on time.
- Train new users on networks and software skills, software updates and new systems.
- Perform systems administration functions for designated information systems/technologies, ensuring IT licences and leases are up to date.
- Attend various Lorna Jane sites to provide administrative assistance where required.
- Serve as a department administrator; recording minutes, arranging schedules of events, proof-read documents, etc.
- Perform work in compliance within specified warranty requirements and return defective equipment/parts to maintenance inventory, document customer repairs, maintain and restock assigned parts of inventory.
About You...
- Strong level experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Technical and conceptual knowledge of ERP/Information Systems
- Knowledge of IT procurement and related processes
- Previous experience in IT and telecommunications
- Has the ability to drive key business initiatives through strong working relationships, effective communication, influencing, consulting and cross-team collaboration.
- Legal right to live and work in Australia
