Prime Manufacturing Pty Ltd is a manufacturer and supplier of bulk material handling systems, packaging and weighing systems, storage systems and related accessories for grains, fruits and vegetables, food processing and other bulk materials. It is a privately owned Australian company specializing in the design, manufacture, supply and service of related equipment for the bulk material handling industry.

Qualifications & experience

Fluency in both Chinese and English is preferred

Preferable warehouse/factory product sales experience

Preferable Engineering/Mechanical background
A strong team focus and the ability maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Exceptional customer service skills and a solutions focused approach to problem solving;
A 'can do' attitude, honest work ethic and learning ability

Tasks & responsibilities

Promote products and marketing: Good understanding of product knowledge, providing quotation.
Placing and tracking orders, participating delivery plans
After-sales service: on-site visit and daily customer relationship maintenance, handling customer complaints, answering customer inquiries, other general duties
Communicate efficiently with clients and team members on client needs, technical requirements and draft plans
