**Join the Smart Team - Area Manager (Flexible Role)**
For over 20 years, _Smart Records Group_ has supported thousands of public and private sector organisations across Australia with smarter solutions for managing paper and electronic records, archiving supplies, and self-storage options.

We’re looking for an **Area Manager** to join our _Smart Stack_ division - someone who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and promoting our innovative on-site archiving systems. This is a role that blends autonomy, variety, and flexibility.

- Work up to 2-3 days a week from home - with the rest spent in the office or on the road visiting clients.

**A day in the life might include**:

- Building and strengthening relationships with schools and clients across Victoria.
- Developing, presenting, and following up on tailored quotes.
- Facilitating Zoom workshops and representing Smart Stack at events and conferences.
- Visiting sites to deliver assessments and advice on archiving solutions.
- Staying on top of admin and communication with professional efficiency.

**You’ll thrive in this role if you have**:

- A background in customer-facing sales or account management.
- Exceptional communication, organisation, and self-management skills.
- The confidence to work autonomously and the professionalism to represent our brand in person.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- A passion for helping organisations work smarter, not harder.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
