**The Role**:
CSR have an exciting opportunity in our IT Department for a Helpdesk Analyst to join our team in North Ryde. The helpdesk operates 24/7 and you will be working shifts between 6am and 6pm. One week per month will be on-call 6pm-6am (working from home).
The role requires an outgoing customer-centric individual with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and business stakeholders and who is willing to go the extra mile to achieve an exceptional outcome.
**To be successful, you will have the following**:
- Understanding and experience in Windows 10, MS Office, MS Outlook, and Office 365
- Sound knowledge of LAN/WAN Technologies
- Sound knowledge of SOE Principals and Concepts
- Sound knowledge of Active Directory
- Exposure to Citrix
- Experience supporting Android and iOS
- A customer focused approach to meeting and exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally (both verbal and written)
- Ability to explain complex technology terms in a way which suits the intended audience.
- Ability to work in a high call volume environment and multi-task.
- Highly self-motivated learner with a passion for IT and a willingness to learn new technologies and take on new tasks.
