We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team at one of our four Honda Dealerships. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales department, driving revenue growth, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with a passion for automotive sales and leadership.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Train and onboard new sales staff, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
- Monitor sales performance and productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to provide a comprehensive automotive experience for customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
**Requirements**:
- Previous Automotive Sales Manager essential; ideally Honda experience.
- Proven track record of success in automotive sales.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Knowledge of automotive sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license.
