**Job Description**:

Our dedicated Talent, Inclusion and Experience team - part of Nine’s People & Culture team - identifies, designs and delivers best practice initiatives and programs to: build leadership capabilities; attract, retain, and develop talent; foster a diverse and inclusive culture; and create exceptional employee experiences for each and every employee.
As Team Coordinator you will provide ongoing operational support across all areas of the Talent, Inclusion and Experience team.
Day to day you will:
- Support, organise and coordinate the activation of employee events and experiences
- Support the set up of processes and backend management of internal platforms and systems
- Complete tasks related to various parts of the employee lifecycle including onboarding processes
- Support the organising and deployment of Leadership, Talent & Performance events including workshops and training programs
- Supporting Diversity & Inclusion projects & events (including for Nine’s Community groups) eg: scheduling, logistics
- Supporting Employer Brand events, content creation and reporting
- Other team administrative tasks including processing vendor invoices
This role is being offered on a Part Time basis, 0.6 FTE (22.8 per week). There is complete flexibility within the role, with the option to work 3 full days, or the same hours over 4 or 5 days. Hybrid work is also embraced across the team.
**Qualifications**:
You have gained some exposure to HR and Event Coordination in a corporate workplace, and have demonstrated your ability to work autonomously, be self-motivated and proactive, and stay organised when dealing with multiple tasks.
You thrive in a high performing, collaborative team environment, and are comfortable dealing with changing priorities and ambiguity. You always remain calm and focussed, and can be relied upon for your attention to detail, your ability to pivot, and your talent for picking up the pieces that others forget
What we would like to see on your resume:
- Experience working as part of a corporate People & Culture/HR function
- Strong experience multitasking a range of tasks and the ability to pivot between projects
- Strong experience in coordinating and organising events, workshops, bookings, and meetings
- Experience in coordinating and liaising with external vendors, suppliers and stakeholders
- Experience supporting the backend administration or management of internal company systems / platforms
- Ideally some experience in managing ticketing for events or prize competitions
