AMP Foundation (AMPF) is the philanthropic arm of AMP and was established in 1992. We are one of Australia’s largest, independently funded corporate foundations and since inception, we have donated more than $105 million to the community.

**The Opportunity**
Overall, as part of the AMPF team, you will play a role in the design of our future strategy and business model. Specifically, the purpose of this role is to develop and deliver a contemporary engagement program for the AMP Community - the AMP employees and AMP aligned advisers - that has 3 elements: community fundraising, payroll giving and skilled volunteering.
With your collaborative and engaging work style, you will design contemporary methodologies which are easy for the AMP community to utilise - so they can make a positive difference in the communities that are meaningful to them and their families.
You will then have a budget to dollar match those initiatives and double the impact. Showcasing your exceptional communication ability, you will develop annual engagement plans that are consistent with a quarterly campaign model.
**How you will make an impact**
- Accountable for the design and development of the matched fundraising program including due diligence and impact assessment
- Design a fit for purpose payroll giving program to align to the AMPF matching strategy
- Establish the AMP volunteering program to include mentoring and skilled volunteering opportunities
- Present on AMPF at the AMP employee and adviser inductions
- Decide on the best fundraising tech and support its implementation i.e. go fundraise
- Create a business plan and allocate the budget across the 12 months to determine cash flow including invoicing and contract establishment in line with AMP policies, manage expenditure to the budget, and report quarterly
**What you can bring to the role**:
- Ideally at least 5 years’ experience in working in Fundraising
- Appropriate tertiary and/or professional qualifications in fundraising, marketing and/or related fields
- Competent understanding and experience in identifying, motivating, and nurturing fundraisers to insure participation
- Proven experience in developing multi-channel fundraiser communication journeys
What we also look for in you is your experience and understanding of digital marketing, how workplace giving works, how to develop a volunteering program plus record management in a CRM system preferable Salesforce. As well as excellent analysis and problems solving skills, you are results focused and mindful of the goals and values that drive the AMP Foundation
