**The opportunity**

In this role you will draw on your exceptional stakeholder relationships, your P&C expertise, and in collaboration with our P&C Business Partners assist line management and employees by providing people insights and practices.

The role enables you to effectively deliver initiatives that guide the business in achieving their strategic and operational goals.

**What you will bring to the role**
- Providing advice, coaching and support to leaders and employees on complex people related matters and undertake initiatives designed to bring actual or perceived risks to a close before requiring further escalations.
- Implementing cyclical and ad-hoc organisational P&C processes and initiatives within and across client group(s) - e.g.: working closely with the Business Partners and leaders through Remuneration Review, performance cycle, and talent

**You will bring your sense of curiosity and desire for knowledge **to this role as well as**
- Tertiary qualifications in a business and/or HR related field
- Demonstrated generalist P&C experience across a broad range of HR disciplines, including employee relations, organisational restructuring, job evaluation and design, career development, performance management, remuneration, recruitment and talent.
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation

As an analytical problem solver, you commit to your tasks and projects and deliver outcomes often within conflicting priorities and changing timelines.

With your exceptional consultative approach, you engage with our leaders and employees on people matters and work towards a successful agreeable outcome.
