**Second in Charge in our amazing Barista Bar Wanted at Salesforce**
Join the Fossix Team and work with one of our customers as Second in Charge. This role is Monday to Friday only and involves regular barista bar shifts, eventually evening event support, inventory management and administrative support to the Site Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Execute and oversee beverage preparation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment.
- Manage inventory, orders, and FIFO practices.
- Support evening events and adjust schedules as needed.
- Contribute to featured beverage development and daily operations.
**Required Qualities**:
- Coffee-savvy
- Coffee expertise with at least 3 years of specialty coffee experience.
- Excellent guest relations and team collaboration skills.
- Adaptive, patient, and eager to learn and train others.
- Proficient with basic tech tools like G Suite and Slack.
**Qualifications**:
- Specialty coffee experience (3+ years) and bar management or training experience.
- Event experience and food handling certification.
- Understanding of corporate workplace norms.

- Day shift
