Opportunity for an experienced Export Sea Freight Operator to join this Global Freight Forwarder located in South West Sydney. You will be working in the Sea Freight department managing Export Sea booking from pick up through to final invoice.

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Receiving bookings for export shipments
- Booking freight with airlines/forwarders
- Arranging transport/cartage
- Negotiate freight rates
- Preparing quotation to clients and overseas agents
- Preparing export documentation / clearance
- Approving supplier invoices & entering charges
- Liaising with clients, overseas agents, airlines, freight forwarders and internal departments

**To be an eligible applicant you must possess**:

- Industry knowledge of Export Air processes
- CargoWise experience highly desired
- DG certification highly regarded preferred
- Good problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Team player
